2023/2024 Xmas Delivery Schedule

We will be closed on the 24th, 25th & 26th of December. Any orders placed on Wednesday 27th December Will be delivered on the 28th or 29th December. We're back to normal again on the 2nd January 2023.

Please note: We pay for a next day delivery service (Monday - Friday) but due to Boxing Day Online Sales some couriers may experience delays which is sadly out of our control. Our next day delivery rate is currently 97%.

WHERE DO WE DELIVER TO?

We deliver to Most areas within the UK Mainland. For offshore UK islands please call 0800 195 98 97 as charges will apply.

Isle of Wight is free of charge. Sadly we cannot ship to the Isle Of Man.

Scottish Highlands can also take 2 – 3 days & some postcodes may incur an extra postal charge of £9.00 (we will email or call you if needed)

Some AB postcodes can take 2 days to deliver.

Northern Ireland postcodes will incur a £9.00 postal charge to cover ferry shipping fees.

We cannot ship to KW and ZE postcodes.

All larger batteries which must be sent by pallet cannot be sent offshore, this includes Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland. Some postcodes off higher Scotland may also be affected by pallet shipping, our team would call to inform you.

WHAT DOES DELIVERY COST?

Most of our online products include VAT and FREE Delivery to the UK Mainland only. We pay our couriers for a next working day service. Sometimes (although rarely) courier issues can delay parcels, so please allow up to 48 hours for delivery. Please see above for extra charges.

Larger Commercial & Marine batteries which need to be sent via pallet will incur an extra postal charge.

PALLET DELIVERIES*

Please ensure that someone is available at the address on the delivery date. Pallets cannot be left without a signature unless this is agreed before dispatch. IF there is no one at the address at the time of delivery and a new delivery has to take place a re-delivery fee of £25.00 will be charged.

Pallet deliveries cannot be changed once dispatched. There will be a charge for redelivery if needed. This charge will vary depending on the post code. The charge would be between £40.00 and £65.00.

WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

Deliveries may be affected due to covid issues.

We normally dispatch our products at 4pm. Delivery is intended to be next working day assuming you have ordered before pm Monday – Thursday. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday (unless the product is stating longer delivery times). However, this could (although rarely) be affected by disrupted road transport networks, weather conditions, courier depot issues.

We cannot give a precise time of delivery, couriers can deliver between 9am and 7pm weekdays.

Deliveries will not be made on Bank Holidays.

If your parcel is more than 2 days late, please call us on 0800 195 9897.

If nobody is home or the courier does not feel its safe to leave securely, they will reattempt the following day. They normally do this 2 times and then return to the sender (us).

Any changes to an address must be reported immediately as our couriers collect parcels 4 times a day. Please call 0800 195 9897.

We cannot give you a precise time on delivery. If your parcel is 2 days late then please call 0161 672 1998. We use 3 different courier companies to cope with our high volume of parcels.

12V Battery Power Inverter with Jump Starter and Air Compressor

This 200W power inverter converts 12V car or leisure battery output to 230V AC for mains appliances.  Max power output (continuous) 200W.  Short circuit, overload safety, overheat cutout and low battery voltage cutout mechanisms are incorporated into the unit.  Includes cigarette lighter connector, universal plug socket and battery terminals.

The 200W power inverter is Ideal for Motorhomes, Boats and portable power for small appliances such as travel TV’s, Audio Equipment, Low Power Lighting etc.

When Jump-Starting the unit provides a starting boost of 400 Amperes with a Peak Boost of900 Amperes.

The built in Air Compressor is suited for pressures up to 260psi.

Suits car batteries of all sizes, however – to use the power inverter we would recommend a battery size of 60Ah+  This unit is suitable for leisure batteries rated at 75Ah and above. When using car batteries make sure to leave the engine running to preserve the battery which cannot go below 90% charge for very long without the battery deteriorating.

This unit may not be suitable to directly power electrically sensitive devices such as computers. However, it will charge a laptop or a tablet battery allowing the device to be used once charged.
